As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.
Serving is something our church is passionate about. Serving others grows our faith and unites our church. We are grateful to use our gifts to serve one another and our community.
There are a variety of ways that you can use your gifts to serve. We recommend that you take a Spiritual Gifts Inventory first and then one or our mentors will be in touch to help you find a place you can be of maximum service.

Administrative Team
There are many of us that like to work behind the scenes. This team helps with administrative tasks across ministry departments.
Opportunities: Scheduling people to serve, Building presentations, Managing workflows
Hospitality Team
Our hospitality knows no partiality. Whether someone is new to Fairview or been here since the beginning, this team gets to show them Christ-like hospitality.
Opportunities: Greeter, Parking, Signs, Host during Sunday Gathering, Events
Kids Team
We want to develop resilient disciples of the next generation. This team serves our babies through 5th grade.
Opportunities: Teacher, Helper, Snacks
Serve Team
We lead by serving. This team rolls up their sleeves to get stuff done.
Opportunities: Set-up, Clean-up, Projects
Strategic Partners Team
Students Team
We want to prepare students to be resilient disciples as they transition to middle school, high school, and adulthood. This team serves our 6th through 12th graders.
Opportunities: Mentor, Teacher
Prayer Team
What a privilege it is to pray for and with others. This team takes in weekly requests and commits to pray for them on behalf of our church.

Worship Team
Worship to God is a lifestyle. Corporate worship spurs us on to love and good works as we go out each week. This team serves our congregation by developing a Sunday gathering that is focused on Christ and free from distractions.
